I am a Kripalu Yoga Teacher.
Private/Group virtual chair yoga class is great for people looking to move their body seated, while still gaining the benefits of breath work, relaxing and movement.
This class is also great for: anyone with physical limitations or health conditions where being seated is better suited for them.
Freelance writing/blogging
I offer the service of freelance writing or blogging. I write about topics pertaining to my expertise. Contact me to discuss further with any questions.
